Refund Policy

Yankee Candle has prepared the following information to make ordering and support expectations clear.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with an order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the return method or a prepaid label. For eligible returns, including a change of mind, we pay the return shipping cost.

Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders

If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us with the order information and helpful photos. These circumstances remain eligible for appropriate remedies even when an item would otherwise be outside a change-of-mind return category.

Refund timing and cancellations

Once an eligible return is received and approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers can require additional time to post the credit. Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation or change before dispatch; a change cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment.
